How do I download an ebook I've bought?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link for your ebook directly on the checkout page. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the download link for easy access. Simply click the link to start your download. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
I didn’t get the email with the download link. What should I do?
If you didn’t receive the email with your download link, please check your spam or junk folder as some email providers may flag it. Also, ensure that your payment status is marked as "Paid." If you still can’t locate the email, contact us at officialdesirediaries@gmail.com, and we’ll resend it to you.
When will my order be available?
Since our products are digital, there is no physical shipping. You’ll have instant access to your ebook download link both on the checkout page after payment and in your email confirmation, allowing you to start reading immediately.
My download link is no longer working. What should I do?
If your download link is no longer functional, please refer back to the confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. If the link has expired or isn’t working, contact us at officialdesirediaries@gmail.com, and we’ll provide a new download link for your ebook.
